How to book a tennis court at Charnwood Tennis Club - Non-members

Step by step guide for you

Things you need to know first:

1. Please note the only court available for booking at our club is court 7.
2. You will have to join as a non-member before you are able to gain booking rights.
3. You can only book 7 days in advance, and are restricted to making one 1 hour booking per day. You can make up to a maximum of 7 bookings in one week.
4. There is a no-refund policy in place so please make sure your booking is correct (Courts cost £4.00 per hour).
5. You must keep confirmation of your booking to hand.

Get started:

Click on the 'Tennis at CLTC' tab on the navigation bar, this will show our available membership packages.

Scroll down to non-member and select join now on this package.

Click on ‘haven’t created an account? Click here’ to start creating an account.

Complete the register to join page fully.

Read the Privacy Policy and then tick the box to accept and submit.

Tick the box to agree to the terms and conditions (please read these carefully).

Ensure all data is entered fully and confirm membership.

Once membership is set up, click on court bookings tab – or alternatively if this is not possible then follow: https://clubspark.lta.org.uk/CharnwoodTennisClub/Membership/Join again and click on court bookings from here.

*Remember the only court available for booking is court 7.

Hover your curser over the court 7 column and all available one hour slots (squares) on that day will be visible with £4.00 in the background.

To change the date use the calendar selector icon (top right) and select the correct booking date.

Once you have selected your slot, click on it.

It will present you with a word box showing the time/date and cost of your court booking. If correct, press book now.

A confirmation page will show, if you are happy press confirm and pay.

Enter your card details and finish the booking/payment process.

Your court is now booked and you will receive email confirmation of this.

*Please ensure you receive this email confirmation as it will act as a receipt of your booking, and if requested upon your visit you must be able to present it. If you cannot present a receipt of booking then Charnwood Tennis club, and its members, reserve the right to ask you to leave.

Your landing screen will be Charnwood Tennis Club website and you will be on the court bookings tab. From here you can manage your bookings.
