The morning saw group play, with the winners the first to four games , with champions and plate winners determined following afternoon knock out tennis, the first to eight games.
Following a day of excellent tennis the pairing of Emily Rodbourne and Mike Gubb played to the peak of their powers to defeat Holly Cheeseman and club legend Russell Mayes.
Meanwhile, in the plate, Paul Maguire and Jitske Boonstra teamed up to defeat Dave Foster and another club legend Caroline Wilkinson by eight games to five.
